Flytipping

The removal of items that have been dumped or left (flytipped) rather than disposed of in the correct manner.

Fly-tipping can be anything from a single black bag to several truck loads of construction, demolition and excavation waste. Some illegal dumps, whilst small in size can be serious, particularly if hazardous waste is involved.

To report flytipping please use our online  Flytipping Form or contact our Customer Service Team via Contact Us

Our advisors will take details from you such as:

· the location of the items that have been dumped

· what the tip consists of (if known)

· any details you witnessed.

Once a report is received, an Officer will visit the site to check for evidence and that the items are safe (non hazardous) to remove. The aim to clear the site within 3 working days of a report.
