We have a non-statutory Inward Investment department who's remit is to support the local economy to be vibrant, with continued growth. This section is aimed at start-up and existing businesses, as well as those looking to relocate into the South Holland district.

In August 2021, South Holland District Council announced the launch of a new funding scheme for South Holland businesses - the South Holland Recovery and Growth Fund, which was aimed at helping local businesses recover from the impact of COVID-19 and invest for future growth.
Startup Loans is a government funded scheme to provide advice, business loans and mentoring to startup businesses, backed by the British Business Bank.
South Holland is set to benefit from £3.39million of new funding through UKSPF and REPF. Bidding Prospectus and Expression of interest now available.
