Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
Enforcement Officers patrol our car parks on a regular basis and will issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) if they have reasonable cause to believe a contravention of the Parking Order has occurred. We set the terms and conditions for parking in our car parks in our Parking Order. Car park users are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of the order.
