Amended Car Parking Order
Please note that the period within which objections and representations can be submitted has now been extended to 4.30pm on Wednesday 23 September 2020.
Spalding car parks consultation
The Council is currently consulting on proposals to amend its Off-Street Parking Places Order insofar as it relates to car parks in Spalding. It is proposed that the amendments will appear in an Order that, if approved, will be called the South Holland District Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2020.
You have a right to submit objections and representations to the proposed amending Order, and notice to this effect was placed in the Spalding Voice on Thursday 13 August 2020. Any objections and representations must be submitted to the Council by no later than 4.30pm on Wednesday 23 September 2020 (this period has been extended as it originally expired on Friday 11 September 2020). Details of how to submit objections and representations are set out below.

Comment on the consultation
If you wish to submit an objection or other representation you must specify the grounds of your objection or representation and send it in writing to arrive no later than 4.30pm on Wednesday 23 September 2020 to our postal address or preferably via email. When contact us, please ensure that your representation is clearly marked as 'CAR PARK REPRESENTATION'.
