5-year Housing Land Supply

The report below sets out South Holland District's 5-year housing land supply position.

The council is able to demonstrate a supply of deliverable sites equivalent to 6.0 years through the latest Housing Land Supply Assessment (see below). The assessment covers the five-year period 2023/24 to 2027/28 and has been prepared in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (2023) and Planning Practice Guidance.
