Mayor of Sleafords Summer Garden Party

Chairlady Attends Mayor of Sleaford's Summer Garden Party

On Sunday, 20th July 2025, our Chairlady, Councillor Jan Whitbourn, had the pleasure of attending the Mayor of Sleaford's Summer Garden Party, hosted by Councillor Alison Snookes. Held at 39 Grantham Road in Sleaford, the event brought together community leaders and guests for an afternoon of celebration, charity, and connection.

Garden Party 1

The garden party, running from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, offered a delightful summer atmosphere, that even the weather could not dampen, complete with a glass of prosecco and traditional cream tea for each guest.

Garden Party 2

Attendees enjoyed the warm hospitality and the opportunity to support two meaningful local causes: the Mosaic Youth Hub and Sleaford Cats Protection.

Garden Party 3

A highlight of the afternoon was the charity raffle, which added a touch of excitement while raising additional funds for the nominated charities. The Chairman expressed appreciation for the Mayor's invitation and commended the event's focus on community spirit and charitable giving.

Garden Party 4

We extend our thanks to Councillor Snookes for hosting such a thoughtful and enjoyable event, and we look forward to supporting future initiatives that benefit the Sleaford community.
