Armed Forces Day Parade

Chairlady Attends Armed Forces Day Parade and Service - 24 June 2025

On Tuesday 24 June 2025, the Chairlady of South Holland District Council proudly attended the Armed Forces Day parade held in Spalding town centre.

Armed Forces Day 1

The event brought together veterans, serving personnel, cadets, and members of the public in a heartfelt show of support and gratitude for the Armed Forces community.

Armed Forces Day 2

Following the parade, the Chairlady joined a commemorative service at St Mary and St Nicolas Church, Spalding.

Armed Forces day 3

The service offered a moment of reflection and appreciation for the dedication and sacrifices made by those who serve and have served in the Armed Forces.

Armed Forces Day 4

The Chairlady expressed her deep respect and thanks to all involved, noting the importance of honouring the courage and commitment of our military personnel, both past and present.
