A number of families in South Holland will be in new homes in time for Christmas thanks to a South Holland District Council's new housing acquisitions which completed last week.

The South and East Lincolnshire Community Lottery has gone from strength to strength in its first year. Celebrating its one year anniversary on Saturday 25 November, the scheme to date has managed to raise £34.7k in Boston, East Lindsey and South Holland, supporting local community groups and charities such as Blackfriars Theatre and Arts Centre, Woodhall Spa Cricket Club and Moulton Windmill.

Local businesses and skills providers in the South and East Lincolnshire sub-region can now apply for grants that will support the growth of jobs and higher pay in our area.

Residents are being urged to tell South Holland District Council if they are claiming Single Person Council Tax discount they are no longer entitled to.
