Tenant Engagement and Influence Strategy Consultation - 12th February till 3rd March, 2025

About the consultation 

South Holland District Council conducted a consultation roadshow, to share opinions on the draft tenant engagement and influence strategy in February 2025. 

Officers were 'walking' estates across a variety of locations in the district, making it as accessible as possible for more tenants to share their thoughts directly with us. 

Roadshow locations included estates across the district and sheltered housing meet and greets. The sessions give tenants the opportunity to look at the draft tenant engagement and influence strategy for 2025-2027 and help shape the future of how tenants can have a greater say in their housing services.

The consultation ran from 9am Wednesday 12th February to 5pm Monday 3rd March 2025. 

Outcome

The Tenant Engagement Strategy consultation looked to seek the views of tenants on the proposed future of tenant engagement and influence for the Housing Landlord Service. It gave tenants and residents the opportunity to chape and make changes to the strategy. The consultation heard from over 600 tenants. The outcome of the consultation can be viewed here:
