Lifeline service

Lifeline is a 24 hour service that provides a personal alarm system to enable people to live independently in their own home.

Lifeline is not just for the elderly, it can also be used by vulnerable young people, people with disabilities or those just discharged from hospital. Lifeline calls are answered by Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The team are fully trained call handlers and all calls are recorded. The benefits of this service include:

  • increased security
  • help and support in an emergency
  • peace of mind for you and your family
  • continued independence in your own home.

Lifeline starts from £2.80 per week, as well as a £30 installation fee. You'll need a plug socket near to your telephone line socket for the equipment to be installed.

If you have any queries about how the Lifeline system works and the costs involved, or require an application form posting out to you, please contact the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership on 01205 318588.
