Climate Change Strategy

The South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership has approved a new Climate Change Strategy for the sub-region covering East Lindsey, Boston and South Holland.

The document is the next step in the Climate Change aspirations of the three Councils, moving beyond the confines of our own carbon footprint and emissions to look at the wider issues and opportunities that Climate Change presents for our local communities.

The Councils cannot deliver this strategy in isolation and a new South and East Lincolnshire Climate Action Network (SELCAN) has therefore been established to bring together all relevant stakeholders and ensure delivery at all levels as we collectively work towards a net zero ambition.
