Come dressed as your favourite Star Wars character and you could win a prize in our 'best dressed' competition!
There's also an art competition on the theme of 'something that makes you happy/proud to live in South Holland'.
People can submit one entry per person and they can use any medium they like to create their art work (drawing, painting, collage, embroidery, colouring in, photography etc.)
Entries for the art competition must be received by 6:15pm and the winners will be announced after the Best Dressed Competition at 6:40pm
Cllr Gary Taylor, Communities and Facilities Portfolio Holder for South Holland District Council, which is organising the event said: "The SHout and About events are all about showing people that being fitter and healthier doesn't just mean sweating in a gym - there's lots of fun ways to be more active."
"So, don't just Sith there, do something!"
The 'Train Like a Jedi' event starts at 5pm and is free, but places on the classes and slime-making activity are limited, so please book at: Train Like a Jedi booking page
Also, there is still time for people to sign up to SHout and About Quest. It runs until July 1 and you will be sent activities each week that they can join in for free. (removed)
Other SHout and About events coming up over the summer include the 'Give it a Go' sports taster day, which will take place at Sir Halley Stewart Playing Field on Saturday June 24 11-3pm.
