Recovery and Growth Fund 2021

In August 2021, South Holland District Council announced the launch of a new funding scheme for South Holland businesses - the South Holland Recovery and Growth Fund, which was aimed at helping local businesses recover from the impact of COVID-19 and invest for future growth.

The Council created the scheme using the District's remaining allocation of Government COVID-19 support for businesses and the funds could be used for a variety of different business needs including website development, staff training & development costs, Equipment and machinery or other assets and more.

Through the Fund the Council was able to provide over £1.2 million in grant funding to over 140 businesses across the District. We have approached some of those who received the grant to get their feedback on the scheme and how they used the funding.
