Traffic Signals in Lincolnshire is supported by Lincolnshire County Council (Highways and Planning).

Placement of traffic lights is a provision of the County Council. Traffic lights may be installed because of a possible traffic hazard and to manage the flow of traffic from new developments, schools and leisure centres.
