Roads and highways - obstructions (County service)

road obstructions is supported by Lincolnshire County Council (Highways and Planning).

If a person without lawful authority or excuse wilfully obstructs the free passage along a highway in any way, they are guilty of an offence. In such cases, the County Council has legal powers to enforce their removal.
