Roads and highways - maintenance programme structural surveys (County service)

Maintenance Programme Structural Surveys is supported by Lincolnshire County Council (Highways and Planning).

The County Council is responsible for maintaining the roads (technically known as 'carriageways') and pavements (known as 'footways') of adopted highways. An adopted highway is one where the Council has taken on the legal responsibility for maintenance.
