Home assessment (County service)

Home Assessment is supported by Lincolnshire County Council (Social Services).

Social Services can arrange services to help you with daily living tasks and remain as independent as possible. When you contact Social Services or someone refers you (for example, your GP), Social Services staff will carry out an assessment.
