Needs assessment (County service)

Help for Adults who are Blind or partially Sighted is supported by Lincolnshire County Council (Social Services).

Before the County Council can arrange services for you, you may be required to have a needs assessment. This involves you and a trained member of staff, and may also involve your carer or someone to speak for you, or even your GP if you wish.
