Advocacy for carers (County service)

Advocacy Advice and Support is supported by Lincolnshire County Council (Social Services).

A carer is someone of any age whose life is restricted because they are looking after a friend, relative, partner or person who cannot manage without help due to illness, age or a disability of any kind. The County Council aims to raise awareness of carers issues, set out key values and principles for services to carers, improve the quality and availability of information, and promote the involvement of carers in related discussions and decisions
