How we provide this service
Information about accessing our services when our offices are closed is supported by Customer Services.
What to do to get this service
The Council provides an out of hours service for genuinely urgent situations that cannot wait until the next working day. The service is provided by Lincolnshire County Council call centre on behalf of South Holland District Council.
Our normal office hours for customer contact are:
Monday 8.30am - 5.15pm
Tuesday 8.30am - 5.15pm
Wednesday 9am - 5.15pm
Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm
If you need a Council service outside of these hours you can use our website to:
- access information about our services;
- make payments to us;
- download forms and leaflets.
If you have a genuinely urgent situation that cannot wait until the next working day, please telephone 01522 782235. An advisor will take the details of your call and consider whether it is an emergency. If it is, the advisor will contact the relevant staff who will respond to you as soon as possible.
If your call is not considered to be an emergency you will be advised to contact the Council on the next working day.
