Missed Bulky/White Goods



How we provide this service

Information about how to report missed bulky or white goods which has been booked in and collection paid for is supported by Community & Neighbourhood Services, Waste Services.

What to do to get this service

If you have booked in and paid for bulky items or white goods to be collected they should be out in the correct place by 7.00am on the correct day (advised to you on booking by Customer Services). If the items were not collected by 4pm on your collection day, please contact Customer Services on 01775 761161 who will re-arrange the collection date.
