Consultation overview is supported by Assistant Chief Executive, Policy and Performance.

Consultation Strategy

By adopting a consultation strategy we aim to help Members and staff plan and conduct appropriate consultation exercises for their services, which will then mean that the Council has a consistent approach to all consultation.

Our key objectives are to:

- Listen and learn from the community.
- Inform the Community of our policies and priorities.
- Find out what issues the community feel strongly about and to debate these with the community.
