How we provide this service

Information on mortgage administration is supported by Finance, Accounting Services.

In the past the Accountancy team has administered a small number of loans, secured by mortgages provided to purchasers of Council Houses and private properties.

They collect mortgage repayments, issue annual statements, administer interest rate changes and take recovery action where necessary.
