What to do to get this service
Appeal online using our 'Appeal Against Car Park Fine' form. You will need to provide the excess charge notice number issued to you, your reason for appeal and your contact details.
If preferred, write to the Neighbourhood Services Manager, Community & Neighbourhood Services, South Holland District Council, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2XE.
You should explain the reasons for your dispute of the fine and enclose the original Excess Charge Notice and any Parking Machine Ticket that you may also have.
You can also visit the Council Offices in person. Please report to the Information/Reception desk and ask to see a Customer Services Assistant who will take the details for you (please remember to bring the Excess Charge Notice and any Parking Machine Ticket with you)
