How we provide this service
Information on missed recycling collection is supported by Community & Neighbourhood Services, Waste Services.
What to do to get this service
If you put your recycling in the correct place by 7:00am on the correct day but it was still not taken, please call our Customer Services Team on 01775 761161 who will arrange for it to be collected by 4pm on the following working day or complete our Online Form.
If it wasn?t put out on time or was left in the wrong place you will need to take it back in and then put it out for collection on your next scheduled collection day.
If your recycling was put out in black bags it will not be taken as the facility where we take all recycling materials will not accept it. In this case, please re-present it on your next collection day in another contanier e.g. recycling box (blue or green), carrier bags, cardboard box or another sturdy container.
