Licensing Act 2003 is supported by Community & Neighbourhood Services, Food Safety & Licensing.

Licensing Policy Statement

The Licensing Act 2003 requires the Licensing Authority to prepare and publish a statement of its Licensing Policy every three years. This policy details how the Authority will exercise its functions under the Act.

You can view or download the Licensing Policy Statement (PDF) here.

- local residents and their representatives
- the body responsible for child protection
- other relevant bodies

Any person wishing to make any comments on the policy should do so in writing addressed to the Food Safety and Licensing Team or email them to licensing@sholland.gov.uk.
