What to do to get this service
If you wish to withdraw your planning application before a decision has been made you will have to make the request in writing stating the Planning Reference number.
Who can apply?
Anyone who has submitted a planning application.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the amount of work already done on your application. If your application has not been validated a refund will be made.
How long will I have to wait for a response?
The application will be withdrawn immediately on receipt of a letter instructing us to withdraw the application.

A. Write to the Planning and Development department at the Council Offices asking for the application to be withdrawn. It is important to quote the planning application reference number and to date and sign the letter.
