Missed Recycling Collection
How we provide this service
Information on missed recycling collection is supported by Community & Neighbourhood Services, Waste Services.
What to do to get this service
If you put your recycling in the correct place by 7:00am on the correct day (and you are on the collection route) but it was still not taken, please call our Customer Services Team on 01775 761161 who will arrange for it to be collected by 4pm the following working day or complete our Online Form
If it wasn?t put out on time or was left in the wrong place you will need to take it back in and then put it out for collection on your next scheduled recycling day.
If your recycling was put out in a black sack it will not be taken (black sacks=refuse) so please re-present it on your next recycling day in your a green recycling sack, a carrier bag, cardboard box or suitable rigid contanier.
If you are currently not on the kerbside collection route please take your materials to a local bring site or the Household Waste Recycling Centre in Spalding. At these sites, you will currently need to separate your recyclable material into the different material streams.
How long will the whole process take?
We will endeavour to collect your missed recycling by 4pm the following working day.
