Property Contractor - applying to go on register
How we provide this service
Information about applications to go on register by contractor is supported by Housing & Property Service Unit, Property Services.
An approved list of suppliers and/or contractors is gained from construction line which is the Government's approved list of contractors and suppliers. Anyone can apply to register to be added to this list by visiting the website www.constructionline.co.uk.
For some contracts, advertisements are put into local papers and the successful applicant is decided through the tendering process and performance.
