Planning Advice - new housing developments
How we provide this service
Information about new housing developments and land availability for proposed housing developments is supported by Planning and Development, Planning.
Land for all major developments is allocated in our local plan. Please see the Local Plan pages. Any proposals on land which is either not in the local plan or outside the development boundary will be considered on equal merits, however planning permission may be harder to obtain in these instances.

Q. I believe that a housing development is planned near me. How can I find out about it?
A. If you contact us we can tell you about any permissions that have been granted, or are under consideration in your area.
