How we provide this service
Landscaping in parks and open spaces is supported by Community & Neighbourhood Services, Neighbourhood Services.
The Council undertakes routine cutting of grass in urban areas together with tree and hedge pruning and shrub and rose bed maintenance.
Grass areas which are the responsibility of the Council are cut on regular rota basis. Continued bad weather can delay cutting and extended dry weather may make cutting unnecessary.
