Butchers shop licence
How we provide this service
Licensing of butchers shops is supported by Community & Neighbourhood Services, Food Safety.
You will however need to complete a food registration form and send it to the Food Safety team. You will also need to have in place a HACCP based Food Safety system.

What to do to get this service
The legal requirement for a Butchers shop licence ceased from 1 January 2006.
