What to do to get this service
To report graffiti, please contact the Customer Services Team on 01775 761161, or use our online form.
Our advisors will take details from you of:
- the location
- the nature of the graffiti
- details of the person(s) responsible (if known).
How much will it cost?
Responsibility for removing the graffiti rests with the owners. Most buildings insurance policies include cover for criminal damage so it is advisable to check with your insurance company before deciding what action to take.
If your property has been vandalised with graffiti, we offer a service whereby we can attempt to remove it using a pressure washer (you will be asked to sign a disclaimer form). There is no guarantee that this will be successful, if this is unsuccessful you should contact a professional removal company. Download the disclaimer form (PDF) and forward it to our offices.
How long will I have to wait for a response?
The aim is to remove/cover graffiti and take necessary action as soon as is practical depending on each particular incident.
