SACK DELIVERIES
Each household is entitled to 52 black sacks and 52 green sacks per year (deliveries are made twice a year). If you have just moved in and require a black and green sack delivery, please contact the Customer Services team.
COLLECTION POLICY
All domestic waste/recycling collections are made from the curtilage of your property. This is the point at which your property joins the public highway. In most instances this may be at the end of a garden path or driveway. However for properties on a shared private drive waste must be put at the end of the drive. If in doubt, please contact Neighbourhood Services.
If you have difficulty moving your waste to the curtilage see the related link at the bottom of this page for a point of storage collection.
Please put your refuse and recycling out for collection before 07:00am on the day of your collection.
