Council lettings - garage



How we provide this service

We have both garages and garage plots to let. These are situated throughout the district of South Holland. This service is supported by Housing & Property Service Unit, Housing Operational.

What to do to get this service

To apply for a garage or garage plot you will need to fill in an application form. Many of our sites have waiting lists but some have vacancies which are available for immediate let. Please contact Customer Services on 01775 761161 for more information.

Who can apply?

Anyone can apply for a garage or garage plot, although we do give priority to our tenants. We will only let a garage to you in the area you live as our garages can't be used for storing household goods and belongings.

How much will it cost?

Garage rent for council tenants - £5.08 per week
Garage rent for non council tenants - £6.10 per week
Garage plots rent - £3.16 per calendar month
