101 - The New Non-Emergency Police Number

A new national non-emergency number 101 is being rolled out across the country as part of a Home Office initiative.

The number is now live in Lincolnshire (as of Monday 7th November).

This means Lincolnshire Police now has just two main contact numbers – 999 in an emergency and 101 in a non-emergency.

Please note that calls from landlines and mobile networks cost 15 pence per call, no matter what time of day or how long you are on the phone. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired you can textphone 18001 101.
