South Holland District Council are working in partnership with the South Lincolnshire Community Safety Partnership and the police.

The policy (PDF, 47KB) seeks to enhance the Authority's commitment to the reduction of anti-social behaviour, setting out the framework and procedures to support this target.

Anti-Social Behaviour is defined within the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 as:

"Any person acting in a manner that caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as himself/herself."
