You can now pay Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Rents and Debtors Invoices any time, any day! Just call 0845 603 17 14 - your call will be charged at local rate. You can also check your account balances using this service.
For all other telephone payments please call 01775 761161 during normal office hours and tell our switchboard operator what you would like to pay for.
Accepted Methods of Payment
You can pay with these Debit Cards - Maestro (previously Switch), Visa, Visa Delta and Solo.
In view of the cost implications, we cannot accept Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) for Council Tax, Business Rates or Housing Rents. You can use your Credit Card to pay for any other service including Debtor Invoices.
Please have your bill(s) and Debit/Credit card to hand when you call.
