You can pay at any Post Office by filling in a Standard Transcash form G20 and will have to pay £1.95 to do this. (This amount may change.)
Your payment needs to go to the Council's Girobank Account Number 2154625 . You must put your account number/invoice number (shown on the front of the bill) on the form.
