Direct Debit

Council Tax / Business Rates

We recommend you pay your Council Tax and Business Rates instalments this way because it is a simple and convenient way to pay.

If you are already paying by direct debit, your payments will continue each year UNLESS you cancel the instruction with your bank or building society.

How to arrange a Direct Debit:

You can phone us to make the arrangements on 01775 761161- please remember to have your bank details ready.
Or, you can complete our online form by simply clicking on Direct Debit Information Leaflet (PDF , 297KB), print out the Instruction, fill in the white boxes and post to the below address:
South Holland District Council
PO Box 8
Spalding
Lincs
PE11 2XQ

We will let you know when it has been set up by sending you a new council tax or business rate bill that will confirm your monthly direct debit payments.

Debtors Invoices

We recommend the following are paid by Direct Debit:

  • Sewerage/Leasehold charges
  • Market Stalls

If you wish to pay any other debt via Direct Debit please call us on 01775 761161 and ask for the contact name on your invoice to make sure this is possible.

How to arrange a Direct Debit:

You can print out and complete a Direct Debit mandate form (PDF , 13KB) from this page and return to:
Accounting Services
South Holland District Council
Priory Road
Spalding
PE11 2XE

Alternatively, you can phone us and request we send you a Direct Debit mandate form (PDF , 13KB) for your completion.
