What will happen next....
Step 1 - You complete an Online Booking form, found on the relevant page above.
Step 2 - Your booking request will be checked against the calendar and you will be notified if the venue is available. If the venue is not available for your chosen date then you will be contacted to explore alternatives.
Step 3 - If your chosen date is available, you will be sent a booking confirmation form which will include the terms and conditions and hire charges, if appropriate for your booking. Please be advised a council officer may need to contact you to discuss your booking needs further.
Step 4 - Where relevant, a council officer will remain in contact with you and provide advice and support until your event is completed.
