Property Services (and Public Buildings)

 

The Property Services Team supports the delivery of:

  • The Decent Homes Programme
  • The Planned Maintenance and Capital Programme
  • The Affordable Housing Delivery Programme

The Team is also responsible for the care and maintenance of all Public Buildings, which are the Council's assets, such as the Priory Road offices, Ayscoughfee Hall, the South Holland Centre, etc.
