This is by far our largest service area and consists of four teams.
Housing Services deals with Council Houses, Homelessness and Sheltered Accommodation, and has a sub-team - Supported Housing - which is the provision of accommodation for the elderly. Property Services supports the delivery of various housing programmes and is responsible for the care of all public buildings. The Construction Services Unit deals with the maintenance and repairs to all Council owned property.
