Customer Services is the first point of customer contact for Council services, dealing with visitors and telephone enquiries. The Council's target is that 80% of customers are dealt with satisfactorily at this first point of contact.
In addition, Customer Services deals with inbound and outbound mail at Priory Road and receives and processes income from customers through the Payments Office.
The Customer Service Team acts as the Customers' Champion. |
