This service consists of three teams:
The largest team is Customer Services which is the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and direct payments. Legal Services provide invaluable advice on a vast range of matters to all Council Officers (staff) and Members (Councillors). Member Services support and train Members to perform their roles and manage their responsibilities.
