Supported Housing Services

Working in partnership with Age Concern Boston & South Holland and other organisations to assist residents in the area by:
  • Providing Sheltered Housing which represents 25% of the Council's total housing stock
  • Promoting a multi-agency approach with statutory and voluntary organisations across the district
  • Developing the use of community centres for day care schemes, meals on wheels and associated activities for the elderly
  • Providing lifelines (PDF , 316KB) to enable people to live more independently on their own homes.
