South Holland Homes has completed its first phase of development of affordable housing.
2 x three bedroom houses at Deeping St Nicholas and 4 x two bedroom houses have been completed at Tydd St Mary. Developed by local builders all houses will be let to households off the council's housing register.
South Holland Homes plans to continue to develop affordable housing in South Holland for local people and is currently considering its second phase of building.
