New planning policies implemented by the Council have resulted in a large increase in the number of rented homes being built across the District, for which the Council nominates tenants from its Housing Register.
Below are links to the details of new housing developments within South Holland that contain affordable rented properties which are currently under construction or available.
To be nominated for one of these properties you must be on the Council's housing register. Application forms for the register are available from reception, or can be downloaded from the Housing Allocation Information page.
As well as our Council houses we have an affordable rented scheme. The properties are managed by a landlord and we have nomination rights for each of the properties. The rent levels are set at 80% of market value and only require a small deposit and no rent advance.
We currently have one bed flats and houses under construction which are available for couples and single people only.
