Validation Checklist

When submitting a planning application the local authority requires certain information before it can accept or 'validate' the application.

This information is required so we can process your planning application and reach an informed decision as quickly as possible.  The list below gives the information we require. Click the link below to download a printable version.

Correct Fee

4 Copies of Site Plans at 1:1250 scale

4 Copies of a block plan at 1:500 scale

4 Copies of elevational plans at 1:100 scale (if required)
