Chairman's Panel

The Chairman's Panel meets on a fortnightly basis. The purpose of the Panel is to advise which route a planning application will take in order for a decision to be reached.

The Chairman's Panel consists of elected members who meet to advise whether the applications presented to them by the planning officers will be determined under the delegated authority of the Planning Manager or be determined by Members at Planning Committee.

The Chairman's Panel DOES NOT make a decision on whether to approve or refuse an application.

The schedule for the latest Chairman's Panel Agenda is below. The decision route and officer's report will be added once the meeting has been held.
